Work-related violence can involve abuse from members of the public including customers, clients, patients, service users or students towards a person at work. This can lead to physical harm, serious or persistent verbal abuse, or threats that can have a serious effect on workers’ health. Work-related violence can cause injury; stress and mental health conditions; disability or death.

This Napo film raises awareness of the importance of protecting workers from violence by implementing necessary technical, organisational and personal preventive measures.
